1. Sponsor

This promotional contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by CDS Plumbing LTD. (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions serviced by CDS Plumbing LTD. (the “Service Area”), including but not limited to: Aurora, Barrie, Bradford West Gwillimbury, East Gwillimbury, Innisfil, Maple, Newmarket and Richmond Hill.

Entrants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

• Reside within the Service Area

Entries from individuals outside of the Service Area will be void and ineligible.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Contest Period

April 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026 at 12:00 Hrs ET.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

• Following @CDSPlumbing, liking the post, following the account, sharing, commenting and tagging a friend

Limit: One entry per person.

6. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of:

• One (1) kitchen faucet (PROFLO Loftus 1.5 GPM Single Hole Kitchen Faucet)

• Approximate retail value: $227.93 CAD

Prize includes standard installation by CDS Plumbing LTD., if applicable.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable

• Has no cash value or substitution.

7. Service Area Restriction (Important)

The prize (including delivery and/or installation) is only available within CDS Plumbing LTD.’s Service Area.

If a selected entrant:

• Resides outside the Service Area, or

• Cannot reasonably receive installation services

They may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries

• The draw will take place on or about September 1, 2026

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification & Requirements

The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram DM or email.

To be declared the winner, the entrant must:

• Respond within 72 hours

• Provide proof of residency within the Service Area

Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. General Conditions

• CDS Plumbing LTD. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if necessary

• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries

• By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules

11. Compliance Statement

This Contest is conducted in accordance with applicable Canadian laws, including the Competition Act, and all required disclosures regarding:

• Prize value

• Number of prizes

• Regional eligibility

• Odds of winning
